Natural Home Remedies For Blood Pressure - Low

  • Have juice of 10-15 basil (tulsi) leaves mixed with 1 teaspoon honey. Crush the leaves to a paste and squeeze out the juice through a muslin cloth.
  • Soak 32 small raisins in a ceramic bowl full of water over night. Chew them one by one first thing in the morning and drink the water.
  • Crush fifteen holy basil leaves (tulsi) and strain through a clean muslin cloth. Apply with 1 teaspoon honey. Have it the first thing in the morning.
  • The juice of raw beetroot is one of the most useful home remedies. The patient should drink a cup of this juice twice daily for treating this condition and excellent improvement will be noticeable within a week.
  • Salt is valuable in low blood pressure. Until the blood pressure reaches normal levels through proper dietary and other remedies, it is essential that the patient should take salty foods and half a teaspoon of salt in water daily.
  • Consume foods rich in protein, vitamin C, and all vitamins of the B as they are most beneficial in treating low blood pressure.
